The opening seconds of an Aion 2 group PvP fight can decide whether your team gains control or spends the next minute recovering. While equipment and Aion 2 Items may help with preparation, choosing the right first target requires a shared understanding of positioning, available defenses, and the distance between an enemy and their allies.
Find the Opponent Your Team Can Actually Finish
The closest enemy is often the easiest to reach, but not necessarily the easiest to defeat. An opponent standing confidently at the front may have defensive options ready and support positioned safely behind them. Committing everything there can leave your team exposed without producing a kill.
Look instead for someone whose position limits their escape or delays assistance. A damage dealer pushing around an obstacle, chasing too far, or drifting outside their group's formation may offer a much cleaner opening.
Before calling that target, check whether your teammates can reach them together. An isolated opponent is only a useful opportunity when your group can apply pressure before the opposing team closes the gap.
Read Support Access and Defensive Responses
A vulnerable damage dealer can be a better first target than a support character surrounded by allies. The important question is not which role seems most valuable, but which opponent can survive your team's immediate pressure. Nearby protection can turn an apparently fragile target into an expensive distraction.
Pressuring support still has value when it forces movement, interrupts assistance, or creates space for another attack. However, pressure and a full commitment are different decisions. Your team should know whether the goal is to secure a kill or draw out a defensive response.
Watch what happens during the first exchange. If the target uses a strong defensive option, avoid feeding your remaining damage into it automatically. Keep pressure where useful, then identify whether another exposed opponent now presents a realistic opening.
Make Switching a Shared Decision
Uncoordinated target changes can ruin an otherwise strong attack. One player follows a retreating enemy, another turns toward support, and a third continues hitting the original target. Damage spreads across several opponents, giving the opposing group time to recover.
Use a short, recognizable target call and allow teammates a moment to respond. A switch should have a clear reason: the current opponent has become protected, moved beyond reach, or drawn your group into a poor position.
Keep the next call equally simple. Naming one reachable opponent is more useful than shouting several possibilities while everyone's strongest attacks are already being spent.
Whether you prepare through regular play or look for cheap Aion 2 Items, effective group PvP depends on turning individual damage into shared pressure. Choose a reachable target, recognize protection early, and change direction together.
